Bruno is an outrageous film about a gay Austrian fashionista and his trials and tribulations in the world. Watch as Bruno try's to undo his gayness, using an interesting and amazing array of tried and true methods to cure himself. Not all the humor in this movie is about homosexuality however, there are quite a number of other crazy things to love about this movie. For instance the part where Bruno interviews with Paula Abdul is about one of the funniest parts in the entire movie.
Bruno is for those who never lost that preteen idea of humor. If you are easily offended, it won't take long for you to get ticked at this movie. He does get you laughing at the actual living of life in general which is refreshing. His way of looking at things is fresh and different.
You won't be sorry that you saw this movie. Sometimes stupid humor is exactly what we need for mindless fun. Even though it takes a 12 year old mindset to enjoy a lot of it, this is no kids movie. The laughs are for adults and there are some nude scenes too. If you did not see it, you can get the DVD any minute now.
The ending to this movie is just incredible and be sure to keep it on long enough to catch the closing song, you wont be disappointed. Laughing until your stomach hurts, that is what this gut buster is all about. The type of movie that you will need to view quite a few times to catch all the funny moments, because there are times at which while you are laughing hysterically they are creating another comical scene. Bruno is often compared to Borat because of the similarities of the type of humor in the movie, but Bruno overall is a much better film and provides way more in the way of laughs than anything that Borat throws at you.
