Dirty Dancing: Check out the New Collectors DVD

The 20th anniversary dvd set of Dirty Dancing seems to be making a timely debut since the star Patrick Swayze died recently. In honor of him, the dvd 2 disc set has the movie of course, but also videos from all of the music played during it including one written by Swayze's wife, Lisa called She's like the Wind. The end even includes commentary and alternate scenes.

Everyone needs to see this movie. It stands the test of time and is now definitely considered a classic. You can watch it with your grandparents or classmates. It is about a sheltered girl played by Jennifer Gray who goes on vacation and is completely innocent until her stay at the lodge is over.

She meets this dance teacher when she gets to the lodge on vacation and his friend who is in a pickle that she helps to get her out of. She ends up falling in love with Swayze, the dance teacher though who is experienced and way too old for her.

A good movie, with lots singing, dancing and incredible music, it a musical with an incredible love story woven into it. A great movie set to own, this DVD set includes lots of extras and the clarity of watching this old film on DVD makes it well worth in picking up. Whether you are a Swayze fan or just a musical lover, you will absolutely have to have this incredible 20th Anniversary Collectors Edition Set of Dirty Dancing.

This is a great girls night in movie. Make sure you get your copy though before they are all gone, as they are moving pretty quickly off of the shelves.
